锌浮渣制备活性氧化锌

摘 要:利用熔锌浮渣制取活性氧化锌。实验表明熔锌浮渣经湿法硫酸浸出后,溶液经过除铁、铅、镉、铜等杂质后再用15%~20%的碳酸铵溶液沉淀锌,经烘干、煅烧可制取高纯度活性氧化锌。

The Preparation of Activated Oxygenect Zinc from Flowed Sediment of Zinc

Abstract:The way using the flowed sediment of zinc to produce the activated oxygened zinc was introduced. Experiments show that the fused flowed sediment of zinc contains impurities, such as the oxygened zinc, the particle of zinc, iron, lead, cadmium, copper, etc. After leaching by sulphuric acid, the impuities of lead, cadium, copper, etc were eliminated. Then, zinc was deposited by 15%~20% density of (NH 4) 2CO 3 solution. After being roasted and calcined, the activated oxygened zinc was produced.
