摘　要：采用高效液相色谱法 ,使用反相色谱柱和紫外检测器 ,用外标法对仲丁威原药的有效成分及主要杂质进行定量分析。方法的标准偏差分别为 0 4 5、 0 0 3;变异系数为0 4 8%、3 37% ;线性相关系数为 0 99993、0 99991;回收率为 99 3%～ 10 1 0 5%、99 6%～ 10 2 5%。

Determination of Propargite by HPLC

Abstract：A external method is developed for determination of fenobucarb and impurity by HPLC with reversed chromatographic column and UV absorbance detector. Results showed the standard deviation was 0.45, 0.03; the coefficient of variation was 0.48%, 3.37%; linear correlation was 0.99993, 0.99991 and recovery was 99.3%～101.05%, 99.6%～102.5%.
