气相色谱法测定粮谷中乙霉威残留量 |

| 摘 要：大米、玉米中残留的乙霉威 (diethofencarb)用丙酮 水提取 ,提取液先后经乙酸乙酯及乙腈液 液分配净化 ,再经弗罗里硅土柱净化后 ,用配有氮磷检测器 (NPD)的气相色谱仪测定 ,外标法定量。该法测定低限为 0 0 5μg/ g ,添加浓度在 0 0 5～ 1.0 0 μg/g时 ,回收率在80 %～ 10 9%。 |

| Study on the Determination for Diethofencarb Residues in Cereal by Gas Chromataorgraphy |

| Abstract：Residual diethofencarb in rice and corn were extracted with acetone water system. The extract was clean up with liquid liquid partion by H 2O layer organic layer (CH 3COOC 2H 5 and CH 3 CN), then with column chromatograph by Florisil silicon earth column. The method for determination of diethofencarb residues in cereal by Gas chromataorgraphy equipped with NPD was established.
