摘　要：采用高效液相色谱 ,以甲醇 +水作流动相 ,外标法测定克螨特原药。方法的标准偏差为 0 4 0 ,变异系数为 0 4 9% ,回收率在 99 4 0 %～ 10 0 8%之间。

Determination of Propargite by HPLC

Abstract：Taking methand and water (85∶15) as the mobile phase, an analysis of propargite was made by HPLC with external standard method, whose standard deviation was 0.40, variation coefficient 0.49%, and recovery, from 99.40% to 100.8%.
