四乙基秋兰姆化二硫合成工艺的研究

摘 要:以二乙胺和二硫化碳为原料,经双氧水(27 5%)氧化,一步合成了四乙基秋兰姆化二硫。研究了反应物配比、反应温度、反应时间和溶剂对合成反应收率的影响。得出最佳工艺条件为:无水乙醇为溶剂,二乙胺∶二硫化碳∶双氧水=1.05∶1.00∶1.00,反应时间1h,反应温度20~30℃,收率达到88.0%。

Study on the Synthetic Process of Tetraethyl Thiuram Disulfide

Abstract:Tetraethyl thiuram disulfide was synthesized one step from diethylamine and carbon bisulfide with hydrogen peroxide(27.5%) as oxidant. Factors influencing the reaction yield were studied, such as ratio of reagents, reaction temperature, reaction time and solvents. The optimum technical conditions is as follow: ethanol as solvent, n[(C_2H_5)_2NH]∶n(CS_2)∶n(H_2O_2,27.5%)=1.05∶1.00∶1.00, The reaction was carried out for 1?h at 20~30?℃ to give tetraethyl thiuram disulfide in 88.0% yield.
