摘　要：以对苯二甲醚为原料经磺酰氯化、还原、醚化、Vilsmeier反应等步骤合成了2,5 二甲氧基 4 (2'-氟乙硫基)苯乙胺,该类化合物是一种用于神经药物及医药病物学方面的药理中间体,产品通过红外光谱,核磁共振谱确定其结构。

The Synthesis of 2,5-Dimethoxy-4-(2'-Fluroethylthio)-Benzeneethylamine

Abstract：The preparation of 2,5-dimethoxy-4-(2'-fluroethylthio)-benzene-ethylamine, which is a medical intermediate molecular used in psychotic and schizophrenic psychosis,was reported. The products were characterized by IR and ~1 HNMR.
