| Abstract：The recent developments of chiral drugs and their preparation methods were reviewed, with focus on enzyme-catalysis. Examples were given with respect to enzyme-catalyzed resolution and asymmetric synthesis. Preparation of optically active compounds via enzyme-catalysis shows remarkable prospects. |
