二乙基四硫的合成研究

摘 要:以一氯化硫和乙硫醇为原料,石油醚作溶剂,在0~5℃之间反应5h,经缩合合成了二乙基四硫,实验最佳反应摩尔比(乙硫醇∶一氯化硫)为2 1,收率84 0%,产品纯度为89%。通过IR、1HNMR及高效液相色谱确定产品结构为二乙基四硫。

Study on the Synthesis of Diethyl Tetrasulfide

Abstract:Diethyl tetrasulfide was prepared by reacting sulfur monochloride with ethanthiol at 0~5℃ in petroleum ether. The reaction time was 5h. The optimum molar ratio of ethanthiol to sulfur monochloride was 2.1, and the yield of the product was summed up to 84.0%. The structure of the product was confirmed by IR,~1 HNMR and liquid chromatograph.
