| 摘 要：以4 乙酰 2 氟联苯为原料,经氧化、酯化、缩合、水解、脱羧等反应,合成氟联苯丙酸。不使用易燃性乙醚作溶剂,省略高真空蒸馏。对氟联苯丙酸合成工艺,改进方法合理,简单可行,使之更为适合工业化大生产。 |

| Abstract：Flurbiprofer was synthesized from 4-acetyl-2-fluorobiphenyl by ring oxidize、esterification、condensation、hydrolyzation and decarboxylation reaction.Inflammable ether was not used and vacuum distillation was omitted.This method is simple、reasonable reliable, and it could be used in the industry on a large scale. |
