不对称取代4-甲基-2,2′-联吡啶的制备和分析

摘 要:分别以4 甲基吡啶、2 溴吡啶为原料,再与相应的溴化吡啶反应,在零价钯催化剂作用下,采用still炭 炭偶合成键反应制备目标产物,并用化学计算分析了影响产率的因素,并用红外光谱、质子核磁共振谱等手段对化合物进行了表征。

The Synthesis and Analysis of Unsymmetrically 4-Methyl-2,2′-Bipyridines

Abstract:The unsymmetrically 4-methyl-2,2′-bipyridines were synthesized from two material. The one was 2-bromine-pyridine and the other was 4-methyl-pyridine, which reacted with bromized-pyridine to get the title compoudns using Pd(O) as catalyst. The structure of the compound was proved by NMR and IR.
