| 摘 要：建立了甲硝唑口腔粘贴片的有关物质的测定方法。采用HPLC法,用HypersilODSC18色谱柱,以甲醇 水(20∶80)为流动相;流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为315nm;主峰与杂质峰分离良好。方法快速、灵敏、准确度高,可用于产品的质量控制和评价。 |

| Determination the Relative Substances of Metronidazole Oral Sticking Tablets by RP-HPLC |

| Abstract：A method for determining the relative substances of metronidazole oral sticking tablets was developed. Chromatography was performed using a Hypersil ODS C18 column,CH_3OH-H_2O(20:80) as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and 315nm as detective waveleng. The main peak can be nicely separated from the impurity peak. The HPLC method is sensitive,rapid,accurate, and can be used to control and evaluale quality of the products. |
