鎓盐催化剂对环氧树脂丙烯酸酯化反应的影响

摘 要:用鎓盐作催化剂,以E 44和E 12环氧树脂与丙烯酸作主要原料,制备了适于配制紫外光固化涂料的环氧丙烯酸酯树脂,讨论了催化剂的种类与用量对合成反应及产物的影响,找到了一个催化剂适宜用量与反应时间。

The Effects of Onium Salt Catalyst on the Synthesis of Photosensitive Prepolymer

Abstract:UV-curable epoxy acrylates were prepared by reacting E-44 and E-12 epoxy resin with acrylic acid in the presence of onium salt. The effects of synthesis condition, such as the kinds and concentration of catalyst on synthesis reaction and product properties were discussed. The best concentration of catalyst and reaction time have also been gotten.
