活性炭负载磷钨酸铝催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯

摘 要:在微波辐射下,以AlPW/C为催化剂催化合成了柠檬酸三丁酯,用均匀设计法优化了合成反应条件。优化工艺条件为:酸∶醇=1∶3 5(m/m),微波功率为360W,微波辐射时间为20min,催化剂用量约为反应物总量的2 0%(m)。在此条件下,酯化率达到93 2%,产品纯度大于97%,并且催化剂可多次使用。

The Synthesis of Tributyl Citrate by Aluminium Phosphotungstate Supported on Activated Carbon

Abstract:Tributyl citrate was synthesized catalyzed by AlPW/C under microwave irradiation, The reaction conditions were optimized by the uniform design. The optimized conditions are as follow: the molar ratio of acid to alcohol was 1∶3.5,microwave irradiation time is 20 minute, microwave power is 360 w, ratio of catalyst is 2.0%. Under this conditions, ester yield up to 93.2% and the purity of the product is over 97%. The catalyst can be used repeatedly without distinct loss in activity.
