β-巯基丙酸的合成

摘 要:以丙烯腈和硫氢化钠为主要原料,通过正交试验考察了原料摩尔比、加成反应温度、水解时间及硫粉用量4种因素对合成β 巯基丙酸收率的影响。实验得到优惠工艺条件:在t=45℃下,滴加丙烯腈1 5h,硫粉用量2 7g,水解时间为3h的反应条件下,β 巯基丙酸的收率为87%,明显高于文献所介绍收率。结果表明,该路线原料易得、工艺简单、产品纯度高、后处理方便,是一条可取的工艺路线。

Synthesis of β-mercaptopropionic Acid

Abstract:Acrylonitrile and sodium hydrosulfide were used as main materials for the synthesis of β-mercaptopropionic acid. The influences of four factors(the mole ratio of the raw materials, the addition reaction temperature, the hydrolysis time, the powdered sulfur usage) were investigated.
