新法合成邻苯二甲酰亚胺

摘 要:以苯酐和尿素为原料,邻二甲苯为溶剂,通过优化操作,探索出合成邻苯二甲酰亚胺优惠工艺条件:苯酐:尿素:溶剂(摩尔比)=1:0.6:3,反应时间90min,反应温度144℃,产品的收率最高可达到99%(以苯酐计),溶剂可重复使用。

A New Synthetic Process of Phthalimide

Abstract:The phthalimide has been synthesized from phthalic anhydride and urea in ortho-xylene solvent medium. In the process, ortho-xylene which plays a role as solvent can be used repeatedly. The optimum condition of the proposed method involves:interaction at 144 ℃,for 90 minutes and in the mole ratio phthalic anhydride∶urea∶ortho-xylene=1.0∶0.6∶3.0, the highest yield of phthalimide has achieved 99 %.
