制备芳樟醇的中间体—蒎烷氢过氧化物的合成研究

摘 要:以高顺式选择性蒎烷为原料,经液相空气氧化制得蒎烷氢过氧化物。通过对催化剂种类、催化剂用量、空气流量、反应温度、反应时间等主要因素的研究,确定了优惠合成工艺条件:反应温度95℃、反应时间9h、空气流量40L/h、催化剂用量5‰,目的产物最大过氧化值达41 23%、最大收率达37 02%。

The Synthesis of Phinane Hydroperoxide Used as an Intermediate of Linalool

Abstract:Pinane hydroperoxide was obtained from the initial material-pinane with high cis-pinane content. In the systhetic process, oxidation reaction with air in liquid phase was emphatically conerned. The Properly catalyst was selected, main factors influencing reaction were experimented, The optimum condition was follows: reaction temperature 95 ℃, time 9 hours, the flow of air 40 l/h, and dosage of catalyst 5‰. The maxium yield of pinane hydroperoxide is 37.02%
