| 摘 要：研究了药物中间体3 甲基 4 丁酰胺基 5 硝基 苯甲酸甲酯的合成,采用硝硫混酸对3 甲基 4 丁酰胺基 苯甲酸甲酯进行硝化,收率为80%,实验结果表明该工艺具有生产成本低、产品质量稳定、收率高的优点。 |

| Abstract：The synthesis of methyl 4-butyrylamino-3-methy-5-nitrobenzoate was investigated and improved, using mixing acid of nitric acid and sulfuric acid in nitration instead of concentrated nitric acid as well. The process was satisfactory in respect of high yield above 80%, The new method has some advantages, such as low production cost, high quality and yield. |
