液相催化加氢制备普鲁卡因

摘 要:采用Raney镍催化剂,在二甲苯溶剂中,温度130℃,氢压3MPa,硝基卡因催化加氢制备普鲁卡因。反应时间7h。加氢转化率达95%以上。普鲁卡因收率83.5%。纯度达98%。用红外、重氮化滴定等对产物进行定性、定量分析。

Preparation of Procaine by Catalytic Hydrogenation

Abstract:A new method was developed for the preparation of procaine by catalytic hydrogenation in the presence of Raney-Ni. The optical condition was temperature 130 ℃, hydrogen pressure 3.0 MPa, reaction time 7 h. The conversion rate is 95%. The yield of procaine is 83.5%. The purity is up to 98%. The product was determined by UV, IR, and diazotization titration for qualitative and quantitative analysis respectively.
