(S)-3-羟基丁内酯的合成

摘 要:以乳糖为原料经分解酯化、官能团保护、酸化制得目标化合物。反应条件温和,原料易得,方法简单,具有一定的工业化应用前景。

Synthesis of (S)-3-Hydroxybutyrolactone

Abstract:Use lactose as the raw material, the (s)-3-hydroxybutyrolactone was obtained through reaction steps of decomposition, esterification, protection of function group, acidification. Not only the raw material was easily obtained but the condition was more moderate and the synthesis way was simple, which make it more suitable for industrial process.
