α-呋喃丙烯酸合成工艺改进 |

摘 要:苯胺在糖醛和丙二酸的Knoevenagel反应中有较好的催化活性。在反应中加入稀释剂苯,可提高收率6%。实验确定的优化条件如下:丙二酸∶糠醛∶苯胺∶吡啶∶苯=1.1∶1 0∶0 1∶2 2∶2 0(mol),反应温度95℃,反应时间3h。优化条件下α 呋喃丙烯酸的收率为98%。稀释剂苯回收率约为95%。 |

The Improved Process for Synthesis of 3-(2-Franyl) acrylic Acid |

Abstract:Aniline had good catlaytic performance in Knoevenagel condensation of furfural with malonic acid.Benzene was used as diluent, and the yield was increased 6%.The premium conditions were determined as folowing:the molar ratio of raw material is malonic acid∶furfural∶aniline∶pyridine∶benzene=1.1∶1.0∶0.1∶2.2∶2.0,reaction temperature 95?℃,reaction time 3?h.In the conditions, the yield of 3-(2-franyl) acrylic acid is 98%.Benzene could be recovered,and the recovery of benzene is about 95%. |
