邻苯二甲醛合成新工艺 |

摘 要:以邻二甲苯为原料,侧链深度氯化7 5h,氯化液用气相色谱仪分析,得邻二 (一氯甲基)苯,邻一氯甲基二氯甲基苯,邻二 (二氯甲基)苯的总选择性为82 6%。在回流反应温度下,将氯化液置于一定体积比的乙醇和水的溶液中与(环)六亚甲基四胺作用,然后缓慢滴加w(HCl)=37%的盐酸,一步合成邻苯二甲醛。实验结果表明:控制v(乙醇)∶v(水)=60∶40,m[(环)六亚甲基四胺]∶m(氯化液)=17.6∶10,合成邻苯二甲醛的收率为74 2%。 |

Abstract:O-xylene direct side-chain is chlorinated deeply for 7.5?h,the total selectivity of σ,σ′-dichloro-o-xylene,σ,σ,σ′-trichloro-o-xylene,σ,σ,σ′,σ′-tetrachloro-o-xylene reaches 82.6% in the reation mixtures by gas chromatographic anlysis.The chlorinates react with urotropine in a certain volume ratio of alcohol and water to synthesize o-phalaldehyde on one procedure with dropping hypochlorous acid .Experimental results show that controlling v(alcohol/ml)∶v(water/ml)=60∶40,n(urotropine)∶n(chlor∶rates)=17.5∶10,the... |
