相转移催化氧化合成氯代苯甲酸

摘 要:研究了以季铵盐A 1为催化剂,KMnO4作氧化剂,催化氧化邻、对位氯代甲苯合成邻、对位氯代苯甲酸,考察了不同的相转移催化剂的催化活性、催化剂的用量、反应温度、反应时间、KMnO4用量、水的用量等对反应的影响。优化反应条件:反应物料比为,氯代甲苯∶KMnO4为∶A 1∶H2O≈1∶2.6∶0.05∶300(mol),反应温度为93℃,反应时间为2.5h,在中性条件下进行反应,邻、对位氯代苯甲酸的收率分别可达76.4%、76.9%。实验结果表明,季铵盐A 1对此反应是一种优良的相转移催化剂。

Phase Transfer Catalytic Synthesis of Chlorobenzoic Acid With Quaternary Ammonium Salt A-1

Abstract:The catalytic synthesis of o-,p-chlorobenzoic aicd with phase transfer catalyst(PTC), quaternaty ammonium salt A-1,was reported. The effects of different factors,such as PTC activity and amount,reaction temperature and time, the amount of KMnO4 and H_2O, on the yield of chlorobezoic acid were investigated.
