丙二酸二乙酯的合成进展

摘 要:丙二酸二乙酯是重要的有机合成中间体,广泛应用于医药、染料和香料等工业。传统的氰化钠法由于流程长,收率低,污染环境而亟待改进。近年来研究比较活跃的催化羰基化法,是典型的原子经济型反应,步骤少,收率高,绿色环保,与其它合成方法比较具有较大的优势,可望替代传统方法。

Recent Progress in the Synthesis of Diethyl Malonate

Abstract:Diethyl malonate is an important organic synthetic intermediate which is widely used in the production of pharmaceutical, colorants and spicery. The traditional method (NaCN route) should be improved for its plurality of steps, low yields and pollution problem. The novel carbonylation method in which phase transfer catalysis and cobalt carbonyl complexes were used exhibited higher yield and lower cost as well as environmental benignancy.
