微波辐射和相转移催化合成β-甲基-β-硝基对羟基苯乙烯

摘 要:在微波辐射和相转移催化剂存在的条件下,利用Henry反应,快速合成β 甲基 β 硝基对羟基苯乙烯。考察了微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间、不同种类的相转移催化剂、反应物的物料比等因素对反应收率的影响。结果表明:在微波辐射功率为195W、微波反应时间为5min,用PEG 800做相转移催化剂,用量为对羟基苯甲醛的5%(mol),对羟基苯甲醛∶硝基乙烷量比为1∶2(mmol),在冰乙酸/醋酸铵条件下,收率达70.5%。

Abstract:4-hydroxy-β-methyl-β-nitrostyrene was synthesized under microwave irradiation by phase transfer catalyst(PTC) .The effects of different factors on the yield of product, such as the power of microwave irradiation ,the time of microwave irradiation , the choice of PTC reagent ,PTC reagent amount and the mole ratio of compounds , had been investigated .
