1,1-二芳基烷基醚化合物的合成及生物活性

摘 要:利用氯苄和苄醇为原料,NaOH为缚酸剂合成了8个未见文献报道的1,1, 二芳基烷基醚类化合物,目标化合物经元素分析、IR、MS和1HNMR结构确证;初步生物活性测定结果表明:该类化合物具有虫、菌、草等广谱生物活性,如Ig在普筛浓度下(5.0×10-4)对蚜虫具有A级活性(>95%的死亡率),Ic在普筛浓度(2250ga.i./hm2)下,苗后茎叶处理对马齿苋和反枝苋均具有100%的防治效果。

Synthesis and Biological Activities of 1, 1'-Diaryl alkyl Ethers

Abstract:Eight new 1, 1'-diaryl alkyl ethers were synthesized from benzalcohol and benzyl chloride. Their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, LC-MS and~(1)H NMR. The preliminary bioassay showed that these 1, 1'-diaryl alkyl ethers had broadspectrum activity against insects, weeds and so on. for example, Ig had A insecticidal activity (>95% mortality rate) against Aphis fabae at 500 ppm and Ic also had 100% herbicidal activity against both Portulaca oleracea L. and Amaranthus retroflexus L. in post-e...
