环氧氯代烃在药物合成中的应用

摘 要:介绍了环氧氯代烃的两种化学反应:取代反应和开环反应。主要介绍了由环氧氯丙烷制出的心血管药物和抗过敏药物、抗抑郁药等例子。基于作者对甲基环氧氯丙烷的研究,对甲基环氧氯丙烷在药物合成中的应用也做了介绍。目前,用环氧氯代烃作原料制备出的药物品种很多,环氧氯代烃具有较好的市场应用潜力。

Abstract:Two reactions of epichlorohydrocarbon that is opening-ring and substitute reaction were introduced, at the same time, some kinds of medication made from epichlorohydrin were introduced . Basing on studying on preparation of β-methyl epichlorohydrin,and several medication as the examples were given.
