摘　要：建议借鉴中药指纹图谱的经验,以杂质组学的研究方式,建立精细化工中间体的色谱指纹图谱,将其作为控制中间体质量的一个关键指标。阐述了色谱指纹图谱在中间体的研发、生产、贸易等各环节的重要地位,指出指纹图谱是发展中国精细化工的有效保障。探讨了建立中间体色谱指纹图谱的可行性,并介绍了建立中间体指纹图谱的步骤和技术要素。
