摘　要：采用紫外可见分光光度法,建立了准确测定生物柴油中游离甲醇含量的方法。试验结果表明:甲醇在0~103.6μg/25 ml浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(R>0.997),回收率为95.2%~97.4 %,精密度试验的变异系数CV小于0.395 %。此方法准确度高,重复性好。

Determination of Free Methanol in Biodiesel

Abstract：An accurate determination method of methanol in biodiesel was developed by UV- spectrophotometer. The results showed that the standard curve for methanol were linear over the range of 0-103.6 μg/25ml (r>0.997). The average recovery was 95.2%~97.4 %. with the rang of the coefficient of variance no more than 0.395 %. This one is reasonable and has a good reproducibility.
