氯化苄制备苯甲醛的研究

摘 要:采用环流反应器,对氯化苄进行光氯化,制得苄叉二氯, 再采用相转移催化剂,分别以盐酸和水作为介质,水解后得到了高纯度的苯甲醛。考察了反应温度、通氯量对氯化反应苄叉二氯转化率的影响,并对进行水解工艺条件进行了研究,得出了优惠工艺条件:光氯化反应的优化温度为115 ℃,副产物含量低于 2%;水解反应的适宜条件是在温度 100 ℃,水与苄叉二氯比为2∶1(m/m),收率达到99%以上。

Study on the Preparation of Benzaldehyde from the Benzyl Chloride

Abstract:Benzal chloride was prepared from benzyl chloride by a new laboratorial photo-chlorination loop reactor. The effects of temperature and chlorine flow on the chlorination of benzyl chloride were investigated . The hydrolysis of benzal chloride was carried out in the presence of different media and phase transfer catalyst, and high purity benzaldehyde was obtained.
