3,5-二氨基苯甲酸-4’-己氧基苯酯的合成

摘 要:以对苯二酚和溴代正己烷为原料,单醚化反应得到 4 己氧基苯酚,再与 3,5 二硝基苯甲酰氯反应得到3,5 二硝基苯甲酸 4’ 己氧基苯酯,最后常压催化加氢得到目标产物 3,5 二氨基苯甲酸 4’ 己氧基苯酯,总收率33.2%。目标化合物经元素分析和核磁验证。

Synthesis of 3,5-diaminobenzoic Acid-4’-hexyloxybenzene Ester

Abstract:hexyloxyphenol (1) was synthesized with hydroquinone and 1-bromohexane as materials, by phase transfer catalyst. (1) was esterified using 3,5-dinitrobenzoyl chloride to afford 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid-4’-hexyloxybenzene ester (2). 2 was hydrogenated with Pd/C catalyst to give the title compound 3,5-diaminobenzoic acid-4’-hexyloxybenzene ester (3). The total yield of 3 reachs 33.2%. The title compound was identified by element analysis and NMR.
