对二甲苯硝化还原法合成2,5-二甲酚 |

摘 要:对二甲苯与混酸(硝酸/浓硫酸)经硝化反应制得 2,5-二甲基硝基苯,再经钯炭-甲酸铵催化氢转移还原反应、重氮化/水解反应,最终制得 2,5-二甲基苯酚。三步反应在后处理时均采用水蒸汽蒸馏。优化了反应条件,简化了操作,总收率达47%。 |

Abstract:2,5-dimethylphenol was prepared starting from p-xylene through Nitration with HNO_3/H_2SO_4, reduction with Pd/C-HCOONH_4 and diazotization/ hydrolysis. The steam distillation was applied in three steps. The overall yield is 47%. |
