Abstract：The recent advance of the asymmetric conjugate addition reaction of α,β-unsaturated ketones to some organometallic reagents were summarized, The ligands of α,β-unsaturated ketones to organometallic reagents and the conditions of influencing reactions were introduced detailedly.
