高品质季戊四醇合成工艺的研究 |

摘 要:以甲醛、乙醛、烧碱为原料合成季戊四醇,通过正交试验,考察了各种工艺条件对合成单季戊四醇收率的影响。确定的优惠工艺条件为:甲醛与乙醛的分子比6.0,碱与乙醛的分子比1.20,甲醛溶液浓度12.0%,反应温度20℃,反应时间120min。在优选的工艺条件下,单季戊四醇的收率可达94.4%。 |

Study on the Synthesis Process of High-Grade Pentaerythritol |

Abstract:Pentaerythritol was prepared from formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and caustic sode.The effects of some factors to the yield of mono-pentaerythritol were investigated by orthogonal experiments. The optimum technologyical condition are as fellow: the ratio of formaldehyde to acetaldehyde is 6.0,caustic sode to acetaldehyde 1.20, formalin concentration 12.0%, reaction temperature 20℃, reaction time 120 min.The optimal result indicated mono-pentaerythritol yield is 94.4%. |
