吸附干燥器的改进与优化设计 |

摘 要:针对原吸附干燥器存在结构较为复杂、材质浪费过大、内部盘管焊接接头容易泄漏、设备使用寿命短、使用效果较差等问题,通过将其中的气体分布改为筛孔板结构、夹套与内筒之间巧妙增加加强圈等方面的改进设计,新的吸附干燥器结构简单,投资省,运行平稳、安全、可靠、高效,完全达到并满足生产和工艺要求。 |

Abstract:To solve the original absorption drier’s problems, such as constructure’s over-complexity, over-consuming of material, easily leakage of interral coil welding,short life of equipments and bad effctiveness, the following solutions were put forwarded:turning gas distributor into screen opening plate construction and adding a strengthened coil between jacket and inner cylinder.
