4-羟基-4′-氰基联苯的合成研究

摘 要:以4羟基联苯为原料,经过酯化、傅克酰基化反应、氨解、水解和脱水反应等步骤,合成制得液晶材料中间体4羟基4′氰基联苯。此合成方法操作简单,各步反应条件温和,总收率为47.7%,不产生含氰废水,有利于工业生产。

Study on the Synthesis of 4-Hydroxy-4′-Cyano-Biphenyl

Abstract:hydroxy-4′-cyano-biphenyl could be synthesized by esterification(to protect hydroxyl), F-C reaction, ammonolysis, hydrolysation and dehydration of 4-hydroxy- Biphenyl. In comparison with the other synthetic routes, the operation was easy to be operated, and the yield was proved(the whole yield was 47.7%). And it was easy for manufacture.
