1-(2-溴乙氧基)-2-甲基苯异构体的气相色谱分离分析 |

摘 要:采用毛细管气相色谱法对1-(2-溴乙氧基)-2-甲基苯位置异构体混合物进行分离和测定,比较了四种不同固定液对该类物质的分离特性,发现在SE-30(50 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)非极性毛细管柱上邻、间、对三种位置异构体分离度较好,达到基线分离;采用峰面积归一化法定量,相对标准偏差在0.084%~1.19%。 |

Separation of Position Isomers of 1-(2-bromo-ethoxy)-2-methyl-benzen by Capillary Gas Chromatography |

Abstract:The GC method for separation and determination of position isomers of 1-(2-bromo-ethoxy)-2-methyl-benzene is introduced. Separation effect of the four different stationary phase capillary column is compared. Best resolution is obtained on SE-30(50 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm) non-polarity column. The compounds were quantified by normalization method. The relative standard deviation was between 0.084%~1.19%. |
