固体超强酸催化丙烯酸和十八醇的反应研究

摘 要:以丙烯酸和十八醇为原料,采用固体超强酸为催化剂,对苯二酚为阻聚剂,用甲苯为携水剂制备丙烯酸十八酯。比较浓硫酸,对甲苯磺酸,固体超强酸对酯化反应的影响。研究了诸因素对合成反应的影响。并用红外光谱对产物进行了表征。固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2制备条件:0.5mol/L硫酸浸泡8 h,550℃焙烧4 h。丙烯酸十八酯的优化工艺条件为:丙烯酸与十八醇的摩尔比为1.2,固体超强酸及对苯二酚的用量(质量分数)分别为6%、0.8%,反应温度为120℃,反应时间为3 h。在此反应条件下,酯化收率可达97%。

Esterification Reaction of Acrylic Acid and Octadecyl Alcohol with Solid Super Acid

Abstract:Octadecyl acrylate was synthesized by direct esterification from octadecyl alcohol and acrylic acid using solid super acid as catalyst, and hydroquinonone as hibitor. The effects of various factors on esterification were investigated. The product was further verified with IR.
