盘式连续干燥器在间苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸钠干燥中的应用 |

| 摘 要：通过对间苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸钠干燥前后物料性质的分析,提出了应用于间苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸钠干燥的盘式连续干燥系统,介绍了这种干燥设备的结构、工作原理,阐述了其工艺流程及工作特点,分析了这种干燥形式的优势及应用领域,并通过与另外一种干燥器-旋转闪蒸干燥器在工作效率、能耗、操作的连续性及干燥后产品的质量等方面的比较,表明了在间苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸钠干燥作业中这种干燥器是干燥设备的适宜选择。 |
