新法合成4-羟基苯甘氨酸

摘 要:对以焦化苯酚为原料,氨基甲酸铵为氨化剂合成4-羟基苯甘氨酸的体系进行了研究。考察了物料配比、反应温度、反应时间等主要因素对反应的影响,在原料配比为:1.4∶1,反应温度为50 ̄70℃,反应时间为8h,返入N2保护,得到的产品纯度>99%,反应易于控制,具有较高的应用价值。

A New Synthetic Process of 4- hydroxyphenylglycine

Abstract:A new method for synthesis of 4-hydroxyphenylglycine was developed by amination in the presence of carbamic ammonium. Main factors influencing reaction were experimented.The optimum reactic condition was as follows:the ratio of phenol and is 1.4∶1(mol) temperature 50~70℃ reaction time 8 h.The purity of 4-hydroxyphenylglycine reached 99%,and the reaction conditions were easily controlled, which made it more suitable for industrial process.
