高效液相色谱法测定乳油中联苯菊酯的含量 |

| 摘 要：建立了HPLC测定联苯菊酯含量的方法。在Hypersil ODS柱上,以甲醇:水=85∶15(v/v)为 流动相,在流速1．5 mL·min-1,检测波长220 nm,柱温为30℃的条件下,成功实现了对联苯菊酯进行 高效液相色谱分离和测定。其线性相关系数为0．9999,变异系数为0．8％,回收率为99．3％-100．5％。 |

| Determination of Bifenthrin in Emuisifable concentrates by High Performance Liquid Chromatography |

| Abstract：An HPLC method for the determination of bifenthrin in emulsi-fiable concentrates was developed.The separation was carried out under the following conditions: a Hy persiol ODS column (4.6 mm i.d.x l50mm,5 um) was used at 30℃ with methanol-water (85:15, v/v)as mobile phase at aflow rate of 1.5 mL ?min-1.UV detection wavelength was set at 220 nm. The linear correlation is 0.9999,the variation coefficient of bifenthrin is0.8%, and the recovery is99.3-100.5. |
