连续固定床反应器合成二丙酮醇的研究

摘 要:利用自行设计的连续固定床反应器,将丙酮进行羟醛缩合反应,合成了二丙酮醇,对合 成产物进行了折光率及IR测试表征;探讨了反应温度、催化剂的品种、催化剂的使用时间、催化剂 填充方式对合成反应的影响。研究结果表明,所设计的连续固定床反应器能有效地进行二丙酮醇 的合成;反应器中的温度、催化剂品种变化、催化剂的使用时间及催化剂的填充方式对反应的单次 转化率和总转化率有较大的影响。

Abstract:Diacetone alcohol (DA) was synthesized by means of alcohol condensation reaction in a continuous fixed bed reaction vessel designed by authors. The refractive index and IR of the product were determined and characterized. The reaction temperature, catalysts, catalyst lifetime and its filling patterns were discussed.
