硝基萘磺酸催化加氢生产周位酸工艺研究

摘 要:在研究了现有生产硝基萘磺酸还原生产周位酸工艺的基础上,采用绿色新工艺,利用 自制的混合催化剂,对影响反应的各种因素进行了研究,并通过实验选定了优化工艺条件。实验结 果表明,在温度95℃,催化剂用量为硝基物质量的O.5%,反应时间为5h左右。产物收率在98% 以上(以总氨基值计),还原率为99%以上。

Study on the Catalytic Hydrogenation in the Preparation of Peri Acid from Nitronaphthalenesulfonic Acid with Hydrogen

Abstract:The peri acid (Laurent' acid) was synthesized from nitronaphthalenesulfonic acid by mixed catalyst made by laboratory, and the novel green catalytic hydrogenation technology in the preparation of periacid was adopted. The factors that influenced the reaction conditions were studied, and the proper technological parameters were ascertained by experiments.
