摘　要：以2-氨基-4-氯-6-甲氧基嘧啶、甲硫醇钠原料合成2-氨基-4-甲氧基-6-甲硫基嘧 啶。对影响反应的主要因素进行了研究,优化条件下,收率高于97％,产品纯度高于95％。

Synthesis of 2-Amino-4-methoxy-6-methylthiopyrimidine

Abstract：2-amino-4-methoxy-6-methylthiopyrimidine was synthesized from 2-amino-4-chloro-6-methoxypyrimidine and sodium thiomethylate, and the major factors that influenced the reaction were studied. Under optimum conditions, the yield of product was about 97% , and the puritywas about 95%.
