对苯二甲酰基二异硫氰酸酯的合成工艺研究 |

摘 要:以对苯二甲酰氯和硫氰酸钠为原料,采用固-液相转移催化法,制备了对苯二甲酰基二 异硫氰酸脂。考察了反应物配比、溶剂种类、溶剂用量、催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时 间对收率的影响,得出对苯二甲酰基二异硫氰酸酯的优惠合成条件:以40 g二氯甲烷为溶剂,0.32 g PEG-400为催化剂,硫氰酸钠用量为2.025 g,对苯二甲酰氯用量为2.03 g,反应时间为3.5 h,反应温 度为20℃,产品收率达98.0%,纯度达98.2%;红外光谱分析了产品的结构。 |

Study on the Synthetic Process of 1,4-benzenecarbonyl Diisothiocyanate |

Abstract:1, 4-benzenedicarbonyl diisothiocyanate was synthesized by the reaction of 1 , 4-benzenedicarbonyl dichloride with sodium thiocyanate under solid-liquid transfer catalysis. Under the optimal reaction condition, the yield of the reaction was 98.0%, and the purity of the product was 98.2%. The chemical structure of the product was confirmed by IR. |
