室温固相制备尖晶石相LiMn_2O_4的工艺研究

摘 要:以柠檬酸、氢氧化锂和醋酸锰为原料,采用室温固相法,先制备前驱体,然后再煅烧的方式得到了尖晶石相LiMn2O4产物。通过X射线衍射、透射电镜对尖晶石相LiMn2O4产物进行了分析,并对煅烧时间、分段煅烧等因素对室温固相工艺的影响进行了研究。结果表明,当通过延长高温的煅烧时间时,产物相对比较纯净,产物结构有了很大的提高,而通过先低温保温然后高温煅烧的方式,能够得到颗粒度尺寸均匀,更加纯净,结构也更好的LiMn2O4产物。
