硅氢化加成合成-β羟基异丙基硅油的研究

摘 要:在氯铂酸催化下,含氢硅油与丙烯醇通过硅氢加成反应,制得β-羟基异丙基硅油;采用化学滴定法测定未反应活性氢的质量分数,以确定反应的收率;对产物进行了红外光谱表征,并探讨了合成的优化工艺条件:v(含氢硅油)v∶(丙烯醇)=41∶,w(催化剂)=0.003%,在900C下反应4h,反应收率为85.5%。

Synthesis of Hydroxgy isopropyl-silicone by Hydrosilyation Reaction

Abstract:Hydroxgyisopropyl-silicone was prepared by hydrosilyation reaction using allylalcohol and hydrogxysilicone,and the reaction was catalysted by chloroplatinic.The yield of this reaction was determined using chemistry titration by which the unreacted active hydrogen was detected.The product was characterized by FT-IR.The synthesis process conditions are investigated by experiments.When hydrogxysilicone∶ allylaicohol was 4∶1(v/v) and chloroplatinic amount is about 0.003% at 900C for 4 hours,the yield of reactio...
