高纯度5-叔丁基-1,2,3-三甲基苯的制备

摘 要:以190#溶剂油(含70%的连三甲苯)和异丁烯(99.9%)为反应物,无水三氯化铝为催化剂,在较低的温度下烷基化法制备5-叔丁基-连三甲苯。实验结果表明:最佳条件为催化剂用量4%,反应温度25℃,异丁烯流量85L/h,反应时间35min。经减压精馏可制得纯度99%的产品,收率为85%,该方法原料易得,工艺简单,有很好的工业化前景。

Abstract:5-tertbutly-1,2,3-terimeth benzene was synthesized by the alkylation reaction of 190# solvent oil(containing 70%hemimetene)with isobutene(99.9%) at low temperature and anhydrous AlCl3 katalyst.The results of these experiments show that the optimum conditions are 4% catalyst,reaction temperature at 25 ℃,85L/h of velocity of flow of isobutene and reaction time for 35 min.99% production is obtained by decompression rectify.The yield of 5-tertbutly-1,2,3-terimeth benzene is 85%.The method has many advantages su...
