双氯乙酸聚乙二醇酯的合成研究

摘 要:采用一氯乙酸与不同分子量的聚乙二醇发生酯化反应,合成了一系列端基含有活性氯的氯乙酸聚乙二醇酯,并采用正交实验法确定了酯化反应的优惠工艺路线。实验表明,在温度为80℃,催化剂w(浓硫酸)=4%(反应物),n(聚乙二醇)∶n(氯乙酸)=1∶8,反应时间为6h的反应条件下,产品收率42%。

Catalytic Synthesis of Ester from Acetic Acid and Polyethylene Glycol

Abstract:A series of novel polyethylene glycol derivatives was synthesized by esterification of chloroacetic acid with polyethylene glycol. Based on the result of orthogonal experiment,the optimum condition of the esterification reaction of chloroacetic acid with polyethylene glycol was determined.
