用氰基键合相色谱柱定量分析阿维·柴乳油中的阿维菌素

摘 要:研究了用氰基键合相色谱柱定量分析阿维·柴乳油中阿维菌素HPLC的方法。制剂中柴油成分的峰较早流出,而阿维菌素的峰在最后流出。正相HPLC的色谱条件如下:色谱柱,250mm×4.6mm(i.d.)不锈钢,用HypersilCN5μm填充;流动相,正己烷+无水甲醇+无水乙醚=85+10+5(v/v);流速:2.0mL/min;测定的波长为254nm。在上述色谱条件下,阿维菌素b1a保留时间约为6.1min,b1b保留时间约为8.2min。本方法在1.0-16.0μg进样范围内呈线性,相关系数值(R)为0.9998。测得的回收率范围为98%-101%,变异系数小于10%。

Quantitative Analysis of Abamectin in Abamectin-Diesel oil Formulation by Hypersil CN Column

Abstract:A HPLC method for quantitative analysis of abamectin in the abamectin-diesel oil formulation was studied by Hypersil CN column. The method was linear and reproducible over the range of 1.0~16.0 μg analyte. The correlation coefficient was 0.999 8,recovery was ranged between 98% and 101%,and variation coefficient was less than 10%.
