摘　要：6-羟基-2,3-二氢-4-喹啉酮是一种重要的医药中间体,介绍了以4-甲氧基苯胺为起始原料制备6-羟基-2,3-二氢-4-喹啉酮的方法:加成或缩合、环合、脱烷基。总结了不同方法得到的不同结果,比较了各种方法的可行性。

Preparation of 6-Hydroxy-2,3-dihydro-4-quinolone

Abstract：6-Hydroxy-2,3-dihydro-4-quinolone is an important drug intermediate. The preparation of 6-hydroxy-2,3-dihydro-4-quinolone from p-anisidine as raw material are introduced in the paper, including three steps such as addition or condensation, cyclization and dealkylation. The different results obtained from different synthetic routes are summarized, and the feasibilities of different methods are also discussed.
